I had found the explanation of this a few months back; I was a little sceptical to post but your comment kept ringing in my head so I have decided to give a short reply to your stupid comment.

If you know any medical doctor please ask him/her about the developing human. He/She will tell you the reproductive organs first start developing exactly where the Quran says. In fact they remain there till a certain age if I'm not mistaken. Is this enough to satisfy you? Do you say that the author of the Quran was a medical doctor 1400 years ago and figured out all the body parts? There are hundreds of scientific facts like this in the Quran which modern science has learnt recently; which were impossible for an ordinary being to know 1400 years ago.
