Reader comment on item: Islamophobia?

Submitted by Ewald Koninger (United States), Nov 13, 2005 at 23:50

If anything, the West is not "Islamophobic" enough; Western civilization (what's left of it, including a "Godless" Europe) is under the greatest threat since the Turks were at the gates of Vienna in the 17th century........basically, there are at least 3 types of Muslims, maybe more.....but at least 3.......the 100% fanatics, who want to kill everyone who isn't a Muslim, even if they have to kill a lot of Muslims in their bombings/suicides while they kill the Jews, Christians, and members of other religions, the "moderate" Muslims (if there is such a thing) who don't verbally condone this type of behavior, but don't condemn it either, and last, those VERY FEW Muslims who abhor and hate this murder of innocents in the name of their religion, and have the guts to speak out against this horror.......the last category are extremely few in number, and we could probably count them on the fingers of both hands, as far as their worldwide voices have been heard.......the extremists are aided by a Western news media full of absolute FOOLS, who are like ostriches and won't take their heads out of the sand and WAKE UP to the HUGE threat that the Islamic religion poses to the rest of humanity!!!
