It is not phobia, I think it is a real danger

Reader comment on item: Islamophobia?

When I used to live beside a mosque in a Muslim Arabic country, I can't express enough about how much hate we used to hear from the preachers at the mosques, hatred toward the West especially US and Israel... When I used to hear them praying to Allah to make the earth shake under the infidel's feet, it is funny and at the same time it is scary.

I used to work in an Arabic Muslim company and I always heard my colleagues, who are intelligent and professional workers, always curse the West and blame Muslim's world problems on Israel and USA. Even more confusing, both of these men have immigrated along with their wives and kids to the West. How come they hate the West so much and then they go to live there? also they were planning to live on welfare for a while because according to them it is smart to take advantage of the infidels and enjoy the social security and free income. So the war is not only physical but it is also economical.

When I watched the Hajj ceremony at the Arabic TV channel, how funny to see Muslims throwing stones at the devil. TV interviews with some of them indicated that they were actually throwing stones at US and Israel because they consider them the real devil.

Those people are full of anger and hate toward the West, I can not understand people going to pray or supposedly having spiritual relationship with GOD in this way.

It is amazing when you compare Muslims spiritual gathering with the gathering of 1.1 million people that went to Cologne last summer during the Pope visit. The pilgrimages in Germany were so happy and joyful. The whole event sounded like so peaceful and full of joy.

I just can not understand
