Reader comment on item: Islamophobia?

i am in total agreement with f. shawki. the united states is predominately a christain country and though i am not christian i thank god that the power here is in the hands of the christians. when i think of the precepts of christianity, the first thoughts that come to my head are compassion and charity. i often wonder if the american people were asked their opinion if the moslems would recieve one penny of aid from us. i can understand what our government is trying to do and i laud them for it. but slowly and surely even our president is starting to grow tired of these efforts because they yield absolutely nothing in the end. and as i asked in a former commentary, when has the islamic world ever lifted a finger to help the west?

and now prince chuck is coming to town. isn't this the guy who comes from the same monarchal line that we kicked out of this country in the 18th century? isnt this the guy who cheated on his wife? some kind of role model. and now as the reincarnation of neville chamberlain wings his way to our shores with his country sinking deeper and deeper into the islamic abyss brought upon them by their own hand, he is going to "educate" the president about the peaceful ways of the adherents of mohammed.

and you can bet your bottom dollar that when things really get bad in england they'll be screaming for uncle sam to send his green machine so our youth can once again die for their freedom. my fondest hope is that our president will rub his pompous nose in the 2 holes in lower manhattan and maybe he will get an education. but this is wishful thinking on my part because it looks like the carnage in his own country didnt impress him much. and i guess the imams that the british let run around their country spewing hatred any where they can doesn't impress him either. or maybe he just agrees with it.

thank you
