Dear AMK

Apparently you do not read the post. The approx 100 million killed were in a period of 1000 years. Read the history written by muslim historians if you dont believe non muslims who proudly bragged about their enormous killings of kafirs. Do you know why the mountain range "Hindu Kush"(meaning hindu slaughter) was named that way. Yes in the name of a very large number of hindus who were slaughtered in that area. Read the history of India written by Will Durant. Here is his general comment:

:"The Islamic conquest of India is probably the bloodiest story in history. It is a discouraging tale, for its evident moral is that civilization is a precious good, whose delicate complex of order and freedom, culture and peace, can at any moment be overthrown by barbarians invading from without or multiplying within."

Apparently you are also not knowledgable about hanafi fiqh either (I am an ex- hanafi muslim from India) Do not dispute what you are ignorant of. Ask an expert. Hanafis allowed Jizya from hindus .Akbar stopped it. Aurangzeb started it again.

Yes there are differences between fiqhs.. For example one of the fiqh (maliki) considers female circumcission compulsory where as others dont. It has hadith backing.Read the following sahih hadith:

Sunan Abu Dawud Book 41, Number 5251:

Narrated Umm Atiyyah al-Ansariyyah:
A woman used to perform circumcision in Medina . The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said to her: Do not cut severely as that is better for a woman and more desirable for a husband
