Origin of Chittpawan brahmins

Recently I had a brief talk with a Marathi person who has learned many languages like Arebic, German, French ,Sanskrit etc. While discussing on common words in marathi and persian ,arebic etc. he mentioned to me that when Parashuram created the land of konkan by reclaiming from the sea ,he bought some couples from Persia and settled them in konkan and present day konkanasthas are descendants of those Persians. He said the genetically they are closer to Indoeuropians or Indoiranians
as they posses 1] Fair Skin 2] Blue Eyes and 3] Strait big nose. I tend to agree with him but have not known any such theory in the history.
If any one has a similar knowledge would be happy to share with.
