Ms. Randa, Thank you for your response, but you are misguided. The Quran is not compatible with modern day science, you need to read it, its says sun sets in a muddy pool at night and the the stars are lights fixed in the sky at night etc. Unfortunatley, the link I gave was not published. You need to read on Dr. Ali Sina and go to his site "Faithfreedom International" to understand the folly of Islam, its not compatible at all with human development. Nothing in the arts, philosophy, sciences are compatible with Islam. Its a big myth that Islam produced scholars in these fields, all they did was translate the works of the Greeks and the Hindus and try to call it their own. Muslims were the people who destroyed the library of Alexandra where 2000 years of human experience was chronicled and stored. It was burnt down when the Muslims invated Christian Coptic Egypt in the 7th century.

I quote for your reference a chapter of an arrticle I saw sometime ago about the destruction that Islam has done.

" Despite revisionist history, the muslims had a barbaric civilisation of slavery and cruelty. The occasional fountain and palace were enjoyed by only the very very few. Books of Greek learning were translated into Arabic by Christians in Lebanon. So it was that they had books by Ptolemy and Aristotle and Galen on Medicine, Algebra, Geometry. But they never added any new knowledge or improved upon it. A handful of Greeks invented more in a few years than billions of muslims ever did in centuries.

The muslims destroyed any books that they didn't like the sound of, so it is that Plato and political discussions did not get wide translation. Only books on mathematics and medicine that didn't seem to contradict the Koran were taken up. Meanwhile, the muslim hordes destroyed vast libraries in monastries and towns all over the place. The most notorious one was the famed library at Alexandria where the Caliph famously said to burn them in case they contradict the Koran."
