Reader comment on item: Islamophobia?

Dear Dr Pipes,

I've received from Israel, a family letter which includes the following:

"Through all the centuries, the Jews, always such a small percentage of the population whereever they lived, were persecuted
because of perceptions that they were "taking over". Taking over usually referred to the banks, the press and [through secret malicious machinations], society as a whole. Yet today, a section of Islam which consists of enormous numbers and controls
far more wealth than the Jews ever did -- -- makes no secret of its determination to take over and enforce extremist Islam across the world.
'Islam: the Future for America'. Somehow as in England and Europe despite the threat some of them represent, they are as a sub-group, neither persecuted nor in any way limited. In fact, it seems that many governments, including the government in the United States are set on appeasement as though it is almost too late to do anything else. There may be ordinary Moslems who want only to live their own life and maintain their religion in their own individual way. But the extremists, despite shouting loud and long about their open intentions are left free to pursue their incitement program".

Prompted by that letter and its paradox, it occurs to me that some major academic authority or organisation could well openly publish around the world, a pamphlet entitled "The Protocols of the Elders of Islam". And it would be true !

The title would be catchy. The publication would also have the effect of discrediting the tsarist forgery which so damages Israel and
