In Islam marriage is a binding agreement to form a relationship in which there are certain provisions on the rights of dam obligations that cover areas of social, economic, cultural, legal, customs and so forth.

Incidence female marriage age under 9 years old, based on existing data can not be found any acts relating to matters relating to the birth of a child. In Islamic teachings presented in the Al-Qur'am and by the example of Mohammed SAW is as a guide. Mohammed SAW has set an example when he married Aisah bint Abu Bakr. As a daughter all children's rights as a whole is not at all diminished, where the affection of his parents are still fully accepted like other children. Rights as a married woman by a man when it reaches adulthood has been obtained.
