If victory for Israel means defeat for Palestine.Reader comment on item: How Israel Can Win Submitted by John Berg (United States), Apr 11, 2006 at 21:35 Defeat for Palestine means Palestine's Muslims know they will never regain the land of Allah that they lost to Israel. The consequence, unless they can rationalize it away, means that they will never attain Paradise. But your strategy is correct. Using a different "land for peace" tactic, Israel should face each Palestinian attack with a direct assertion that more land will be taken to strengthen Israel's borders. And assure the Palestinians (and UN) that the land is a permanent taking. Israel might make a list of land parcels that will be taken (in the order best for Israel) in the face of future attacks. And the inhabitants will be escorted to Palestine.JOhn Berg Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes.
