You raise an excellent point. I agree that the "walking bombs" you described must be contained, but the major question is how? Are the Civilized world united, have the will and the means to face the Barbarians ( Mullas & Immams) who receive the order from Allah directly and will acquire WMD sooner or later then won't hesitate to use them.
