You always wow me with your write ups and I wish I had a 10th of your dialectic skill.

The concept of ONE SUPREME CONSCIOUSNESS is most misunderstood in Islam as one God Allah, who is projected or shown as distinct from the world and the individual. There is a controversy and difference of opinion in Islam about Omnipresence of God. Hence they never accept the "Thou'art that" or " The Kingdom of God is within you" concepts. So it can never be called as an upgradation of earlier belief systems as repeatedly claimed by our friend.
