Plato, I often think that the idea that what we say is listened to and then thought about is wishful thinking on our part.

We might keep in mind the following insightful remark from Rev. Martin Luther King made in 1963

"Nothing in all the world is more dangerous than sincere ignorance and conscientious stupidity. "
