Your contextomy of this hadith has nothing to do with terrorism

That was during a war against enemy combatants not innocents my friend. Therefore, that doesn't have anything to do with terrorism. If it did then we would have to call all the wars in history terrorism wouldn't we??? War is hell and freedom isn't free my friend.
