No tears for Muslims killed by Muslims

Masood,

In Islam a Muslim killing another Muslim is a great crime but not if a Muslim kills a non-Muslim (Check the compensation paid out for such crimes in Saudi Arabia the home of Islam.)

But why is there no outcry when Muslims kill Muslims in Darfur by other Muslims?
