Could you explain to me how dying for your country means: fighting people in iraq?? I mean, What is your country doing there? Iraq never attacked you. Your country attacked them, If it really was a matter of defending my own damned country, as in: the germans attack again (sorry german people, no offense there, it's just an example) then I would stand up and fight!

But there is no reason for me to go some faraway country (yet it's closer to mine than to yours) to kill lots of people there and then defend it by saying "No, we're not mean bastards. We're just patriotic idiots'. While that is (of course) nonsense in light of the previous arguments.

And to make this clear, I am not bashing your soldiers, unless they really think their doing something good for your country.

Because in that case, they are idiots.

And proud for what your forefathers did? I am proud of what my ancestors did AND of what my people do today. Being sensible, and not warmongering fools!
