you have to count china in. In the end.... is the buying power of a country that has the say. china has the secong largest buying power in the world behind united states. I'm supposed Russia is strong enough to take on America, but their ailing economy doesn't permit them. Money is everything, if you have the economy power, and you are able to buy, you have the say. In the near future, is going to be a divided kingdom among the earth we reside. The us, china, euro, and russia.
