Musharraf makes nice with Israel to neutralize their support for their ally India, while his proxies extort India to turn on their ally Israel. Splitting and extortion aren't the most respectable ways of conducting international diplomacy, But then, honesty and honor were never their strong suite.

Thanks for the information. It rounds out the picture nicely, and illustrates just how unworthy these actors are of our trust.
