Correction

I incorrectly stated in "Hindus and Jews: Shared Experience, Mutual Respect," that, "Hindus have been exterminated by Muslim invaders off and on for 2000 years." That is incorrect, and should have read, "Hindus have been exterminated by Muslim invaders off and on for 1300 years." Obviously, since Islam only come on the scene in the middle of the 7th century they could, fortunately for Hindus (and many other peoples), not have been persecuting them prior to that.

Incidentally, from Musharraf's other comments, he is obviously not ignorant of history, so he must certainly know this. So, only when he appologizes for the Muslim attrocities to Hindus, will I even begin to consider his outreach to Jews to also be motivated by something other than al-Taqiyya (1,2,3,4). (When first you practice to conquer, practice al-Taqiyya?) When his actions consistantly match his words
