Why don't the moderate Muslims protest!

Is it possible that the press in all its aspects ignores the moderate segment of our Muslim population or is it that CAIR has succeeded in presenting itself as THE moderate segment? I have been quite concerned for a long time that we don't have a patriotic group of Muslims raising absolute heck about the "Fifth Column" of CAIR and any other apologists for terrorists. What is stopping the moderates from protesting publicly and why aren't they receiving attention and press coverage?
