in response to reader comment: Burqa

men i don't know why women allow another restriction such as wearing a burqa be forced upon them, there are real women under there and wearing a burqa doesnt change that fact the covering of muslim women is for men, who decide when to put it on then take it off for marital reasons then their done so they make them put them on again,it's insane, and makes women physically uncomfortable and shows that they are subseviant to men and it is a symbol that says we are different than you and that divides people, this is a ancient custom that is being tolerated by women for fear of what will happen to them if they don't wear it,i understand that and my heart goes out to them women that are ok wearing it than thats just how it is for them i just feel bad about the women who dont want to wear it but have to, i support these women either way
