No, we have some libertarians worrying about the war on terrorism in America and other areas have some understanding of rules. If a woman (or a guy too) wants to wear burqas or niqab, let them. but if women wants to get a driving license or wants to vote, in western cultures, an official person will check or get a photo of the woman. If the police want to know who is that woman, he (or she) will check.

I'm sure that this rule would not wash in the middle east, but they are not democratics nor republics. We are! We can be slipping into a non republic, but I hope not, not yet!
