salaam (peace) to all whether muslim or non - muslim.

Jennifer you just picked a part of the Qur'an and posted it, what about the verses after that say if you ask for peace we are obliged to give you peace??? Have any one of you people who are commenting on here even gone to a respectable imam to learn about Islam? Im talkin to the muslims also!! I very much doubt it. You all look at the people who 'follow' Islam, but people are flawed, Islam is not flawed. Islam is tolerant, its just the people who 'think' they are following it who have been corrupted and are intolerant. Why not listen to some Dr Zakir Naik talks n lectures on youtube. He gives good insight into Islam and how the Qur'an teaches muslims to behave towards everyone. At the end of the day its all bout coming to common terms. Every religion believes in one god but its how we worship that one god that differs, all this fighting and banning of hijaabs is silly. There are many forms of 'security threats' out there. What about guns being sold in America, is that not a security threat?? Ski masks, which i think someoe has mentioned before, wigs, costumes etc etc but you wouldnt ban them would you so why ban hijaab, niqaab n burqa?? Its our right to wear whatever we wish, if we adhere to security rules for example showing our pictures on driving liscenses etc which is fine and we can lift up our veils to show our faces to women thats not a problem.

I wear the whole 'ninja' oufit and to be honest, before i did, i felt uncomfortable i had no confidence, but i was still a loud mouthed individual who attracted the wrong sort of attention, i got called a hooligan etc etc and now my confidence has boosted because with this new attire i have found myself to be more modest in the way i talk and present myself to others. I am more calm and more understanding its like a total different me which i have become to please me Creator. I love it and i wouldnt want to change it for the world. If only you could meet the muslims i knew you would see that all this hype you hear about us is wrong. But theres a belief in Islam that 'Guidance comes from Allah n Allah alone' all we can do is try n show you the truth and not the propoganda you hear and see in the media, the rest is up to Allah.

With this i leave you all and i hope you have a nice day, if i have offended anyone i do apologise, i was just trying to get the message across, there is no malicious intent in anything i have said towards anyone.

May Allah guide us all the right way and keep us from goin astray. Ameen
