"A western woman has the right to uncover her body in public place, therefore, a Muslim woman has the right to cover her body, wholly or partly, according to her wish. That is freedom."

No, that is nonsense. Uncovering does not make the woman harder, but easier to identify. Uncovering does not create a risk of election fraud, criminal acts, flight from criminal acts and all the rest. Your argument doesn't even address the main point.
