Your argument is nonsense. Besides being besides the point (election fraud), rape is as much about power, control and humiliation as it is about sexual desire. Under the Taliban, small men used military power and ruthless terrorism to control and humiliate a whole nation of women and men. They forced the women to live indoors and to cover themselves head to toe when out and only then in the company of a male relative. I lived in Vancouver. There may have been rapes on Wreck Beach but if there were I never heard of them. I'll bet there were rapes constantly under the Taliban. Such power goes to men's heads [pun intended].
