The $64,000 Question: WHAT to do about this?

HOW CAN ONE COMMENT ON THE "PATERSON PROTOCOL"??? Where does one begin??? Having said that, i wish to ask Mr. Pipes--The only lonely voice in the desert who seems to bring this horrid issue to light and to the attention of a public which for the most part couldn`t care less-- What do people who DO care, do about this?
