A Libel Suit?

Reader comment on item: The Paterson 'Protocols'

Dear Dr. Pipes:

I'm curious sir, can we not sue those who use "The Protocols" for libel?
Holocaust deniers are forced to retract their beliefs; why can we not expose the fraut of "The Elders" each time they appear?!
