Egypt TV programming - AP report

Reader comment on item: The Paterson 'Protocols'

Submitted by Arindam Banerji (United States), Nov 7, 2002 at 01:06

In similiar vein, note the last paragraph of AP's report on Egypt TV programming based on "the Protocols": "Egypt TV airs first part of 'anti-Semitic' series," Associated Press, Cairo, November 7, 2002: "Egypt's state-run - or heavily state-influenced - media often have been accused of carrying anti-Semitic material, but officials argue that material deemed anti-Semitic are expressions of Arab anger at Israeli policies, not a hatred of Jews."
