Why isn't the general media doing its job?

The anti-Semitism of these "mainstream" American Muslims is not subtle. Their audacity to publish the Protocols of Zion proves just how serious the problem is.

One question in particular bothers me: why is this outrage receiving little attention from the general media? The article by Daniel Pipes is the first time I've heard of this disgraceful situation. Why aren't the New York Times and its ilk doing their job? And please don't tell me that the Times might have printed a story somewhere deep on page 35A. Why isn't this front page news?
