How about: Protocols of the Elders of Islam, wherein the Arab nations, through enslavement of their wives, (and using them primarily for reproducing lots of lots of children), immigration to non-Arab/Moslem countries (countries whose native populations do not even reproduce themselves in number), refusal to integrate with the larger host culture.... takes over the non-Moslem world?

Oriana Fallaci's PRIDE AND THE RAGE (or is it RAGE AND THE PRIDE?) makes the same case. But she should have subtitled it: Protocols of the Imams of Islam
