Microsoft Hotmail promotes Ramadan

Has anyone noticed that Microsoft Hotmail is now promoting the Islamic holiday of Ramadan?
There's a link in the form of a question on the main page of Hotmail which asks:
"What is Ramadan about?"
Then it opens the following link:
