You are so right in your article. But I think the American mindset is the result of the war of words between the Democrat Party in alliance with the MSM and the Bush Administration. The Democrat Party and the MSM had a head start in painting their picture of reality and the Bush Administration has had to play catch up. Americans have a tendancy to believe what they hear. We are gullible. The first shots heard are usually the best remembered. Let's hope the last shot heard from the Bush Administration has the greater effect come the 2006 and 2008 elections.
