in response to reader comment: Dr. Pipes article re Christianity Dying in its Birth[place

Bob Smith stated:

"It is somewhat difficult to understand why so many Muslims view the Quaran as requiring the death of a female who has had sexual relations with a non-Muslim, ..."

Can you please point out the verse in the Qur`an that makes it a requirement?

Bob Smith further states: "...but believe that it is permissible for a Muslim male to rape, torture, and murder a non-Muslim female."

Again, can you please point out the verse from the Qur`an that permits a Muslim man to "rape, torture and murder a non-Muslim female"?

Bob then continues with his errors:

" Then it is also permissible, and perhaps required, that the non-Muslim male and his family be destroyed."

Bob, where does the Qur`an state this?

He then adds:

"Since devout Muslims consider non-Muslims to be infidels, it does not matter to them whether the non-Muslims are Christian, Jewish, or of any other faith."

Bob, why are you spreading erroneous information about the Muslims?

Shouldn't you do your research first and contribute in a positive manner instead of stating things that are not true?

First we saw partial verses quoted from the Qur`an to spread a negative view and now we see claims that are unfounded and have no basis in the Qur`an.
