As if you couldn't say the same thing about some of the violence that has come about as a result of Christianity.... Bravo. 1. Sufism is indeed a branch of Islam, recognizing much of the same scripture. 2. Westerners seem quick to point out violent Muslims and loath to recall violence at the hands of Christians. But I guess when you're inundated with certain ideas it's hard to think for yourself.
