Rape, response to Shazia

When I pointed out the sanction of rape by quran (Q4.3.4.24,23.6,33.50, 70.30) Shazia said that rape sanction cannot be applied universally. I do not know about that but I know that Mohammed was given some special sexual priviledges by Allah which cannot be applied universally, and quran specifically mentions it.
Quran says:
33.50 O Mohammed, In addition to your wives , captured women and slave girls you can have sex with your first cousins and any woman who offers herself to you provided you desire her. This priviledge is only for you, and not for other believers. Other believers can have sex only with their wives, slave girls and captured women.
Shazia I dont care how convinced you are about quran being revelation from God, and Mohammed being apostle of Allah, this revelation sounds awfully fishy to me. ..
