Shazia Khan.

I applaud your efforts. Personaly I am not very familiar with the Sufi Sect of islam. What are your beliefs regarding abrogation? I ask this because I noticed the koranic quotes used were from the meccan period. As a christian, I think how non-muslims are treated in islamic lands is horrible. Over the past four years I've read a lot on islam and its history (mostly the sunni and some on the shia sects). I am almost ready to give up and accept that 1.xx billion people have, through their religous/political beliefs, declared a holy war on me and anyone else that doesn't follow their religion. But in doing that, I would have to give up hope and some of my christian beliefs/ethics/morals. If the impending war is to be avoided you and others like you need to grab your religion back. Otherwise you will be like the many innocent germans and japanese that were cought between the US and the small minority of fanatical fascists leading those countries. In four years that is only the second site i seen advocating a true peacefull relationship between the three big religions. (the other is http://www.tellthechildrenthetruth.com/ ) i wish you good luck in your endeavors on doing this.

i'm really not suprised that this story was only found on the net. I've been collecting stories like this and forwarding to my friends and families for a few years now, and am always asked where the heck i dig them up at.
