Dr. Pipes article re Christianity Dying in its Birth[placeReader comment on item: Christianity Dying in Its Birthplace Submitted by Bob Smith (United States), Sep 20, 2005 at 18:04 It is somewhat difficult to understand why so many Muslims view the Quaran as requiring the death of a female who has had sexual relations with a non-Muslim, but believe that it is permissible for a Muslim male to rape, torture, and murder a non-Muslim female. Then it is also permissible, and perhaps required, that the non-Muslim male and his family be destroyed.Since devout Muslims consider non-Muslims to be infidels, it does not matter to them whether the non-Muslims are Christian, Jewish, or of any other faith. But as Dr. Pipes asks why the Christians are reacting negatively toward Israel rather than the Muslims who are the perpetraters, one can only reflect upon the popular definition of appeasement; keep feeding the alligators hoping that you will be the last one eaten.
