Prophetic Implications Being Fulfilled in Modern Day Assaults on Practicing Christianity

Reader comment on item: Christianity Dying in Its Birthplace

Submitted by M Tovey (United States), May 5, 2022 at 13:35

As these attacks represent, modern day Christianity is still targeted as the attackers deny their own abilities to recognize truth when they see it: they rebel because the truth of love is not in them.
The same rage of rampage was evident when the Savior was tried and rejected as the truth of the Scriptures when they had the Roman authorities hoist HIm on the cross. Did His resurrection change any minds as to the efficacy of His sacrifice; many were saved; many more rejected HIm still and the same remains today.
These 'Palestinians', indeed not only those rebels to the truth, but all who do not value what the Savior did are on the verge of finding out that rejecting the love of the cross will have its fulfillments measured later in judgements of how love before honor should have been the testimony of the day and the greater shame of their actions will be reflected when they will not be able to take back what they did in dishonor.
