My Response: There is nothing to hide. The Qur`an is available to anyone who desires to examine it. You are free to examine it and other sources whichever way you like and draw your own conclusions and accept whatever you like. I respect others and understand why they accept and reject things they do. What's there to hide? If you wish to look at a group of people and consider them reflecting the true islam, then that's your choice. The objective is not to convince you or anyone else for that matter.
