Why is it that pg 99 of Al-Mawrid and Pg Hans Wehr is giving you nightmares?

Can you tell the readers what is says in item two and where would i find in the above anything about paper receipt? Let me help you you will not find anyhting

Do your own translations. oh wait . I forgot ha ha ha look at the MESS YOU MADE ATTEMPTING TO TRANSLATE TABARI.
