Dear Dr Pipes,

In this blog you show the picture of an Afghan soldier standing guard over a burqa that was used by a male Taliban suicide bomber. I found the picture funny. Why do you need to guard an empty burqa by pointing a gun at that as this Afghan soldier is doing. On top of that when you are guarding the burqa by pointing your gun at the burqa, why do you have to look other way. Shouldn't you look where your gun is pointing. I guess in Afghanistan it does not matter. If your readers do not believe me, they can look at the picture themselves.

I personally think the Islamic world should very seriously consider non-violence as a doctrine. Vegetarianism is not for all people but it should be encouraged in the Middle East and the surrounding areas for a few years. Trigger happy life is no good.
