Salah ali says: "Jihad (Holy War) is a comprehensive term. In other words, it is not reserved for Moslems. Crusaders had invaded Islamdom in the 11th 12 th centuries under the banner of Holy War."

Oh those crusaders again!! And what about those Muslim jihadists who invaded Christiandom and Hindu"dom" and other "doms" from 7th to 10th century and occupied our lands? How conveniently you foget that and then you call the occupied land as Islamdom. LOL...What hypocrisy!!! Your logic is same as the rest of the Muslims' and that of Osama who is inciting you guys to take back all those "doms" wher Muslims had occupied. Jihad is holy war that Muslims have been carrying out against non-Muslim world since 7th century on orders from Mo/allah and you are still doing it but same time you want to give it a high spiritual status. Forget it doesn't wash

And you end your post by saying: "So islam is universal because it teaches man salvation through providence and kindness to the others."

One sentence for you Salah - " you don't know the meaning of salvation and kindness to others". ...
