Almighty God Encourages Nothing that Contradicts His Spoken and Written WORD - The Hebrew Holy BibleReader comment on item: Niqabs and Burqas - The Veiled Threat Continues Submitted by M. Tovey (United States), Oct 8, 2009 at 12:39 We read through some of these exchanges and some of us come to the same conclusion, that the same ancient rhetoric that has beset the Israeli people of history follows them still, like there is a continued need to oppress a people for reasons many do not understand even to this day. For that reason, this interjection is posed. The argument that the Jewish people refuse to engage in a unity of their Almighty Sovereign Eternal with the gods of other religious falls short of the truth of the circumstances, that any religious endeavor that does not bear witness to the truth cannot have equal footing with the truth. The Jewish Eternal Sovereign has no equal. For those of us who have recognized that Yeshua HaMashiach IS the fulfillment of the Old Testament prophecies regarding the first appearance of the Messiah, we function only in obedience to His love, to tell the truth about who He is, and why the world today cannot seem to obtain peace in the volatile environment of the Middle east, indeed, on the entire planet. This is because of the unbelief, like that perpetuated by the Muslim community, trying to diminish who Jesus Christ really is. The New Testament describes the fulfillment in the Person of Yeshua HaMashiach, much to the displeasure of myriads of people over the centuries, even those of the Jewish belief. This was started at the very time belief in the Messiah should have been the easiest, for they could see Him in the flesh, even though He was still Deity. They took offense, condemned Him for not confirming their errors of religiosity, falsely accusing Him of blasphemy (as many do today), and delivering Him to the pagan Romans for crucifixion. At their initiation, virtually every lie about Yeshua HaMashiach (even the ones we hear today) was a result of their concoction to salve their guilty consciences for delievering Him to death. Many smear the testimony of Paul, a Jewish person of the highest credentials in Jewish law who excoriated the original believers and sending them to death, yet who finally saw Yeshua in truth, and in that truth attempted to persuade people of his religion to see who Jesus Christ really is. Finally coming to the end of human patience with his own people, by the direction of the Holy Spirit, he took the message to the Gentiles, who obtained salvation by adoption into the faith of Jesus Christ, just as I did by confessing that Jesus Christ is my LORD. Here is irony though, that in their current perception, the practice of Judaism today does not follow a pure pursuit of the requirements of Mosaic law, the loss of which having been precipitated by disobedience of the religious rulers during a time that should have brought out the best of righteous endeavors, but falling short for not believing their own scriptures when they were fulfilled in their time. So, due to the failure to witness the truth in righteousness, the vain attempt to associate the Almighty Sovereign Eternal of the Hebrew Holy Bible with the various deities of other belief systems, or in disbelief by some by saying we are all gods (evolution), we find that humanity is incapable to escape the struggles of this mortal life, trying to follow instead myriad alternate philosophies looking to bridge the internal emptiness to some state of higher plane, when in practical reality, accepting the fact of our sinfulness and the need to accept Jesus Christ as Savior and LORD ( accepting His death on the cross and His resurrection as payment for our sins), is the only way to bridge over the abyss that is the emptiness of these mortal lives that cannot reach eternal life without Him. Given a choice of thinking (incorrectly) that God encourages differences from His truth versus believing the Gospel of Jesus Christ in faith in His love, I would rather follow Jesus Christ in His love on the path to His peace, than to wander around in the vain search of a peace that the world chases after but cannot attain because of unbelief. Now, we read in the previous post the same associations accorded to faux Christianity, thinking that the efforts of some who falsely claim they are doing so for the benefit of the cross. The error of that way of thinking obscures the fact that the true obedience to Jesus Christ is to love Him by following Him in His commandments, the true battle being spiritual, no matter that many try to discredit those efforts by those same false associations that have plagued humanity for centuries.
