Careful to Seek Truth and Not Veil It in the Face of the Enemy

Reader comment on item: Niqabs and Burqas - The Veiled Threat Continues
in response to reader comment: Still, I think we must be careful

It is reality that that seems to be the source of confusion, and in this forum, both you and I have seen our fill of the variant forms of reality that encompass the lives who share here. In that vein, my expectations are no longer driven by things that I wish for, for in my reality, I would desire that the love of Almighty G-d through Jesus Christ would be the driving force of all relationships, that neighbors would be kind and thoughtful and allow the liberties of friendship to pervade in every sector of society. But we have seen that is not so, that my choice of reality is not shared.

The central reason for this is found in the activities of those who would be adversaries of such things, to be allied in the cause against the love of Almighty G-d, to do the work of the Adversary as he seeks to destroy everything that Almighty G-d has purposed for good, and to destroy the crowning achievement of the Eternal Sovereign, humanity.

So we have this struggle written down for us, its beginnings, the trials and tribulations of His people that Almighty G-d has loved, and loves still. We see written how mankind was given freedom to think for itself, only to waste those liberties on wanton desires and find themselves fallen prey to the wiles of the Adversary; and each of us, without the intervention of Almighty G-d, are susceptible. Thus the need for the Savior, the heir designate, the Holy One spoken of in Isaiah 9:6, to whom I have sworn my allegiance, loyalty and fealty. He has taken me in, in spite of my fallen nature, and redeemed me according to His HOLY WORD, and with His indwelling of His Holy Spirit, I am His to do with as He sees fit. That is what I think; and is my bottom line hope.

In that relationship, I see a world gone mad after the other false pursuits, of repetitions of history in which we see the depravity of humanity take advantage of the liberties allowed here in America, to use it against the freedoms of a society that formed around a Declaration of Independence and Constitution that honored that same Almighty G-d who gave those blessings in return. We see a counter societal force who does not honor those precepts, that with every chant of 'death to America,' they would rather impose a different form of government, one of a perverse loyalty and domination that would deprive anyone who would honor the Almighty G-d of the Holy Bible and require subjugation instead of the freedom and liberty of friendship under the auspices of the love of Almighty G-d. Should I be careful then, to desire the spreading of that very love that has set my heart free, to pursue the truth of my LORD Jesus Christ and not need to hide behind veils, niqabs and burqas?

I have resigned in spirit all those things which my former heart desired, and have endeavored against my old nature to pursue the Truth of the Hebrew Holy Bible, seeking instead, like David, His heart to guide my paths. In doing this, I am able to trust in His plan and manner of conduct for my life, by this not needing to be any more careful than to be obedient to Him. In this and by this, I cannot fail.
