No advanced warning needed!

There is no need for an advanced warning. Iran has received plenty of warnings already. Additionally, if we stick to legitimate military, nuclear, and terrorist-support targets, civillian casualties will automatically be limited. The majority of civillian casualties would be government workers, government contractors, military personnel, and the families of these groups. All are fair game.

The biggest impact would come from striking at their nuclear "research" facilities with the biggest warheads we have, while also targeting Revolutionary Guard facilities. The latter is particularly important because they are the group that is most loyal to the mullahs; directly involved in training terrorists; and used to suppress dissent within Iran.
