At the same time, Iran must be submitted to intense pressure not only on their Nukes program, but they must be put on notice that if any Iranian/Hezbollah activity takes place anywhere in the world, included Iraq, ie USA or Israel or other, any victim will have the right to retaliate against either Iran or Hezbollah.

Sponsored terror groups by Iran, Hezbollah or other must be legitimate target of the world. In other world, the UN resolution to disarm Hezbollah should be expanded to any terror group in the world, whether they are dependent or independent of government as it is claim loud and clear in Iran.
