To InfidelReader comment on item: Hold Damascus Responsible Submitted by Tom Tonon (United States), Aug 6, 2006 at 12:02 Dear Infidel, Thank you for some of the facts elaborating on the formation of the State of Israel in 1948, which appear consistent with my Fact (1), and certainly don't contradict it. I think the best way to question the validity of (1) would be to ask, How many people living in the area were in favor of the Creation, and how many were against it? To help in this determination, we can also ask, How many Jews were living in the area (which I'll assume here were in favor of the State), How many Arabs/Palestinians/Muslims were living in the area (which I'll assume here were not in favor of the State, and How many "others" were there (which I'll make no assumption here on their position in forming the State)? Do you have the numbers? Do you see another logical way to address the validity of Fact (1)?
