dispositionReader comment on item: Conservative Professors, an Endangered Species Submitted by Odo (United States), Sep 16, 2009 at 19:19 I believe most from both sides of the fence can Identify the fact that there is a liberal disposition in our higher education institutions. I am not here to fight for the dominance of either but, to instill the importance of balance when shaping young minds. I can understand it is hard to hold back ones passion for there party, the ability to advance there agenda with high minded rhetoric impregnating fertile minds. I believe it is important that these professors, teachers, mentors advocate students to do there own research and not take one sides word as gospel. If I were a teacher my greatest success wouldn't be teaching my students to share my sentiment but, to show me I inspired their objective thinking.
