Conservatives are Stupid?

Reader comment on item: Conservative Professors, an Endangered Species

Submitted by George Felder (United States), Apr 13, 2005 at 13:11

Mr. Pipes: the usual great article, this time on left-sided institutions of (sic) higher learning. (I normally gain insight from you on your excellent articles describing the problems of Muslim fundamentals. One item in this article I found particularly amusing, that being where "conservatives are generally stupid, and that is why liberals are hired at universities."

Considering the results of the last two presidential elections--and especially the support college students threw Kerry's way, the fact that college students are one of the lower percentage of voting blocs would totally belie a description of "liberal intelligence!"
