Jewish Liberal is a contradiction of terms

Reader comment on item: Conservative Professors, an Endangered Species

Submitted by Burt Hollabaugh (United States), Apr 14, 2005 at 12:25

Dr. Ruffino is correct, this is nothing new. I came back to the university in the late '60s after returning from SE Asia. Luckily most of my Liberal Arts classes were behind me. The Liberal Arts folks were pro Ho. Any conservative professors I had were in math, science, and engineering, and were very quiet.

Jewish Liberal is a contradiction in terms. How can you be one of God's chosen people, and a good Atheist? Liberalism will never accept people of faith. Even if you are not a practicing Jew, you are still suspect by the liberal community.
